The strainer works on cooked, soft produce. The listing's examples are cooked apples and tomatoes: the pulp passes through the holes and the stems, seeds and skins are pushed out the end. Cut food to fit the hopper, remove tough skins or rind, and cook anything firm first. The set's second half is a food grinder with two grinding plates, two blades and two sizes of sausage stuffer tube, so it covers mince and sausages as well. That breadth is the reason it outsells the grinder on its own.
The standalone grinder comes with grinding plates in four sizes against the set's two, a sausage stuffer with two tube sizes and a cleaning brush. The listing says it grinds beef, chicken and pork, vegetables for salsa, hard cheese and bread crumbs, and asks you to cut cold meat into small pieces for the feeder. It describes the grinder as food-grade stainless steel in a POM plastic housing, which it says will not wear the hub's threads the way a metal grinder can. Two things to check on its listing: the title says grey while a bullet says the white attachment, and the first bullet names SM-50 series model numbers — Cuisinart's — alongside the KitchenAid title.

All three attachments are listed for KitchenAid stand mixers. KitchenAid's mixers — tilt-head and bowl-lift — carry the same power hub on the front of the head, and that is what these attach to. KITCHTREE is its own brand, not KitchenAid, so these are compatible attachments rather than KitchenAid parts.
Neither the grinder nor the strainer set is dishwasher safe. Both listings say to wash the parts in soapy water under 122°F with the included brush. The juicer rinses under the tap, all except its motor base. Dry the metal parts straight away.
