What the cold press juicer attachment is, how to set it up, use and clean it, and what to do when it misbehaves.
The KITCHTREE juicer attachment turns a KitchenAid stand mixer into a slow, cold press juicer. Its 4.2-inch chute takes whole fruit and vegetables, it ships with two 28 oz cups, and it cleans under the tap. There is no juicer-only rating to judge it by: Amazon pools its ratings with the strainer set and meat grinder, at 4.3 stars from 3,960. It was in stock when we checked, on 2026-09-11.

A masticating juicer crushes produce slowly with an auger rather than shredding it on a fast spinning blade, which is why it is also called a cold press juicer. The case for doing it on a stand mixer is space: the mixer supplies the motor, so there is no second appliance on the counter. The listing's examples of what it juices are apples, carrots, oranges, watermelon, ginger and celery.
Switch the mixer on and feed produce down the chute with the included pusher. The listing says to turn the mixer off, or keep the top down, whenever you use the pusher, and never to use a spoon, fork or chopsticks in the chute. Whole apples and oranges fit the 4.2-inch chute; long, fibrous vegetables such as celery are easier cut shorter. To move a full cup mid-batch, close the anti-drip cover on the outlet first — you do not need to switch off.
The listing names apples, carrots, oranges, watermelon, ginger and celery. Hard produce such as carrots and apples suits a masticating juicer well, and soft fruit such as watermelon juices easily. The listing does not mention leafy greens or wheatgrass — the produce masticating juicers are often bought for — so we cannot say how it handles them. Wash produce first, and take out large stones and tough rind before it goes down the chute.
Take the attachment off the mixer and apart. Everything except the motor base rinses under running water, and the included brush clears the filter. Cleaning straight after juicing stops pulp drying in the filter mesh.
KITCHTREE lists one spare-part kit on Amazon, the KITCHTREE Juicer Attachment Blade Replacement Kit: two 3.5-inch blades, two washers, two nuts and a hex screwdriver, listed for its cold press juicer attachment. It has 5.0 stars, but from only 3 ratings. We found no separate auger, filter or cup listing.
If you already own a KitchenAid stand mixer and want fresh juice a few times a week without a second appliance, this is the attachment. If you juice every day in volume, a standalone juicer is built for that. For sauces and purées rather than juice, the KITCHTREE Fruit & Vegetable Strainer and Food… is the better fit — see KITCHTREE Stand Mixer Attachments Compared.
Its listing shares a 4.3-star rating from 3,960 buyers with KITCHTREE's strainer set and meat grinder, so there is no juicer-only score. The juicer itself sells steadily, going by Amazon's monthly sales badge.
Fit it to the mixer's hub, rotate the hopper clockwise until the guide mark meets the lock symbol, close the cover, put a cup under the outlet, switch on and feed produce with the pusher.
Take it off the mixer, rinse every part except the motor base under running water and use the included brush on the filter.
